How We Raise

Our goal is to produce the best poultry we can so that our consumers can enjoy a healthy and delicious product. To do this we use the superior meat producing genetics of the Cornish Cross breed, that allows us to grow a bird that will be large in size and tender in quality. We use an all in, all out management system along with rotational grazing to reduce disease and bird health problems, which allows us to avoid the use of sub-therapeutic levels of antibiotics. Moving our birds to fresh grass each day keeps their living environment clean and allows the birds to access to fresh grass and bugs to eat in addition to their grain based diet. The coops we use are specifically designed to allow the birds access to grass while under protection from weather and predators.
