Traceability

We personally raise and process all of our birds, which means that we know exactly where each bird came from and how it was processed. To ensure this we have group ID numbers, and we record which coop is moved where each day and how the birds in each coop is handled. When it comes to processing time we label each package with a specific code that can be traced back to a group coop ID. In the unfortunate circumstance that we have a health issue, we can track each bird throughout its entire life.
